  • What is Oak & Pallet Disposal Corp. not responsible for?

Oak & Pallet Disposal Corp. takes care when delivering dumpsters to your location. We take every precaution to ensure we're aware of underground features like utility or sewer lines. We cannot be responsible for unforeseen circumstances under the subgrade. Please ensure you inform us of any underground assets in the path to the container prior to delivery. We use driveway protection but cannot be held responsible for damage to paved surfaces.

  • Am I responsible for damage to the dumpster?

You are responsible for any damage caused to the dumpster while it is under the rental agreement. For example, unauthorized moving of the dumpster, spilled paint or sticky material, paint overspray, or heavy equipment that causes damage to the dumpster. Additional charges could apply for dumpster repair and cleaning.
